Yoga is a perfect exercise to compliment
any sport. It's a well known fact
athletes stretch before and after every
session. Yoga is stretching on a
deeper level. Using the breath and
taking time to stretch properly helps to
rejuvinate and relax all the muscles in
the body. For surfing this means:

We offer 2 yoga classes a
day at the villa, one in the
morning and one in the evening.
We have many years experience
taking yoga classes, studying
many styles and forms.
The yoga will be suited to
surfing and the needs of the
individual.
If you book your yoga in advance
prices per week (6 days) are £30
for 1 x daily class or £60 for 2
x daily classes. Alternatively,
depending on availability, you
can turn up and pay for £7 a
class.
